Postage is a flat fee of $8.95 Australia wide for orders under $100. All orders over $100 will be sent free. Our free post policy applies to every order over $100, you don't have to purchase a specific product or enter a special code. If you buy more than $100 worth of products from our store we will send it anywhere in Australia free.
We use Australia Post eParcel for all our deliveries. This allows us to give you the fastest and most reliable shipping Australia wide.
We will email you to let you know when your item has been posted, we will also include a tracking number for your parcel so you can monitor it's progress. All items require a signature when they arrive to confirm delivery. If you request that your items be left in a safe place in the event that there is no one home, we can not be held responsible for any missing parcels.
With the exception of custom made products, your items will be posted the next business day after payment has been received. If for some reason there is a delay in posting your items, you will be notified via email or phone. Bella’s Little Ones is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage that occurs to your items in transit.
With the exception of custom made products, all items listed as available are in stock. Bella's Little Ones does not advertise for sale products that we do not have in stock and ready for shipment. Due to manufacturing times, custom made and personalised products will be dispatched separately from any other items you purchase. Please read the item's description for an estimate on manufacturing time.
Please ensure that your contact and shipping details are correct as we will ship to the delivery address stated on your order. In the event that a parcel is returned as undeliverable, a further postage fee will be charged to resend your order.
Refunds and Returns
Bella’s Little Ones will replace items that are faulty or damaged. Please contact us within 24hours of receiving your order to advise us if your item is damaged. All products are thoroughly checked before we ship them to ensure they are in perfect condition.
Should you decide to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible as we can not refund once your order has been shipped. If you notify us that you would like to cancel your order before we have shipped it, we will happily refund your money using the same payment method that you used to pay for your order less a 10% handling fee.
